In the summer of 2019, Belgian striker Eden Hazard arrived at Real Madrid. The 'Kings' paid Chelsea a whopping 115 million euros and that transfer was included in the top 10 biggest transfers in the history of football, but Real got really little from it.
In less than two seasons, Hazard has played only 36 games for Real Madrid, and the main reason for that lies in his constant injuries. Spanish media write that Real will sell him this summer in order to raise money to bring reinforcements in the attack.
Hazard still has three years left on his contract, but Real can no longer wait for the star, brought in as the successor of Cristiano Ronaldo and the leader of the new Real, to finally stop being in the office more than in the locker room. In addition, Hazard constantly has problems with being overweight.
CIES, the International Center for Sports Studies, which also analyzes the value of footballers, estimates that Real will sell it for less than 50 million euros.
